Romeo of Aventura's interview re Thalia

Anthony Romeo Santos, Vocalist of the group Aventura, who also is the composer of all the songs of that group, and has been very successful with his group and with the duets that he has done with Don Omar, Wisin and Yandel and recently even made a duet with the singer Thalia and he told us although it was a little bit difficult to teach her to dabce bachata, he fell in love with her perfect beauty.

How was the experience working with Thalia?

It was something very nice, because it was like a recognition to my work. I felt very fine, not only because I wrote the song, and I produced it. The song is a mix between bachata and pop and that’s something with which I haven’t done before. Thalia is very simple and the result of our duet was very good. I always have positive and negative commentaries about my work, but until now I only have listened good commentaries about this song

Do you think Thalia sang well the Bachara?

Definitely she did it well and it was not difficult for me to sing with her. I thought I was to guide her, but it was not like that, the only thing that was a little hard for me was to teach her some dancing steps for the video. I didn’t mean she doesn’t know how to dance, but it was a little hard for her and I just helped her.

Did she know the rhythm when you recorded the song?

She knew my group and also Moncy and Alexandra. For me it was very interesting to explain to her how it is this genre of music and from where it comes from, and she also talked to me about Mexico and its music.

Do you think she is beautiful?

I told the other guys of the group, that really she is very beautiful. I had stayed looking at her and I thought that everything in her is perfect, she is very beautiful and I think Tommy is very lucky for having her as his wife.

If she weren’t married would you fall in love with Thalia?

Of course, who wouldn’t like to have a woman like her, she is very beautiful but I respect her because unfortunately, she is married.

Did Tommy Mottola go to the video’s shooting?

Yes, and even there were moments when I felt a little bit discomfort when we both have to make so sensual scenes in front of him, especially the scenes when we had to touch each other’s lips.
