The music video for "Cantando Por Un Sueño" was directed by Jeb Brien and Rubén Galindo and shot in Televisa San Angel, the Mexican TV studios. In the video, Thalía is a seamstress who dreams of being a Pop star. She goes to an audition for the TV show "Cantando Por Un Sueño", sings and is picked.
The second half of the video finds Thalía singing in "Cantando Por Un Sueño"'s stage, and she is one of the two finalists. Finally, she wins the contest and her dream cames true.
